CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI volleyball team has announced the remaining Missouri Valley Conference and non-conference schedule.
The Panthers will open the 2021 spring season with three road matches. UNI will open the season with Missouri Valley foe, Drake, on Friday, Jan. 22. The Missouri Valley Conference matchup will start at 5 pm in the Knapp Center.
UNI will then travel to Omaha to take on the University of Nebraska-Omaha on Jan. 23 at 4 pm. The Panthers will wrap up the three-day swing at Creighton on Jan. 24, playing at 2 pm.
The Panthers will host 2 matches in the McLeod Center from Jan. 29-30. Drake makes the trip to the McLeod Center on Jan. 29, the match is set to begin at 6 pm. Marquette will take on the Panthers in the McLeod Center, playing on Jan. 30 at 7 pm. On Sunday, Jan. 31 Marquette and Drake will play in the McLeod Center at 5 pm.
The MVC schedule will continue Feb. 7-8 when the team travels to Evansville. The Panthers will host the Bears of Missouri State on Feb. 14-15 then travel to Southern Illinois Feb. 21-22. The Panthers will host four consecutive matches in the McLeod Center when Indiana State comes to town on Feb. 28 and Mar 1 and Illinois State Mar. 7-8.
The Panthers will travel to Valparaiso Mar. 14-15 and host their final MVC matches Mar. 21-22 when Loyola makes their way to the McLeod Center. UNI will travel to Bradley Mar. 27-28 before traveling to Illinois State for the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament Apr. 1-3.
