THE THREE WERE TOGETHER IN A STORE PARKING LOT AND HAD MET TO EXCHANGE ELICIT PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. THE OVERTURNED SENTENCE WOULD HAVE SENT MARTIN TO PRISON FOR UP TO 50 YEARS.
