MONROE, Wis. (AP) – Officials say an explosion at an ethanol plant in southern Wisconsin caused structural damage, but did not result in any injuries to employees or first responders. DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – Warnings and watches for mostly minor flooding have been issued for several Iowa rivers. A brother and sister from Waterloo have been formally charged in federal court with setting up a phony marriage so immigration officials wouldn’t deport the brother. Nat’l Weather Service Raises Cedar River Flood Predictions
