Shell Rock Police Chief Louis Staudt Dead at 58

Shell Rock’s longtime police chief died Monday at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester(MN).   Louis Staudt was 58 and had recently been recognized for 35 years with the department.   Shell Rock Mayor Larry Young says for most of that time, Staudt was the police department. Corridor Man Charged with Sexually Abusing 3-Year Old

An Iowa City man has been charged after allegedly sexually abusing a three-year-old girl. Documents say 49-year-old Andrew Harrison was babysitting the child on July 15.
