Waterloo Brother & Sister Indicted for Fraudulent Marriage

A brother and sister from Waterloo have been formally charged in federal court with setting up a phony marriage so immigration officials wouldn’t deport the brother. Nat’l Weather Service Raises Cedar River Flood Predictions
