Walker reacts to Potawatomi's non-payment

Governor Walker doesn't seem very close to making a decision on the Menominee tribe's proposed casino in Kenosha.

He says the Potawatomi tribe's move to protest the project, by withholding its annual $25 million payment to the state, shows that the state could potentially lose a lot of money. He says the tribe believes it could demand refunds for past payments, totaling around $100 million, if the new casino project moves forward.

Walker says he'll take as much time as he can to make a decision on the Kenosha casino. The deadline is in mid-February.

The latest Marquette University law school poll shows 49 percent are on board with the new casino proposal, and 35 percent oppose it.
