Judge agrees to delay Siveny trial

An Outgamie County judge approved a delay today for the trial of one of the suspects in a 2007 Greenville murder.

Dianna Siveny is accused of killing Lara Plamann. Siveny's daughter Kandi, and 38-year-old Rosie Campbell also face charges in the case.

Outagamie County District Attorney Carrie Schneider asked for the delay. She says the case against Siveny is largely based on testimony from Campbell, and she's refusing to testify before her trial in October.

Siveny's attorney, Dan Kaminsky, says he's confident his client will be exonerated.

Judge Nancy Krueger delayed Siveny's trial until late January. Kaminsky says there's no guarantee that Campbell will testify then either.

The trial for Kandi Siveny will also be delayed.
