Johnson holds Appleton town hall meeting

Over 100 people packed a room in Appleton last night, for a town hall meeting with one of Wisconsin's U.S. senators.

Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Oshkosh was at the public library. He talked about the country's fiscal future, calling it a "dire" situation. Johnson says people need to admit there's a problem, identify it, and then find solutions.

Johnson heard from opponents and supporters during the 90-minute meeting. He says no matter their political stances, all he wants to do is get people to think.
