The annual football game between Iowa and Nebraska is called the Hy Vee Heroes Game. Not a catchy title, but a wonderful honor for some real-life heroes from Iowa and Nebraska. Kara Kelly from the American Red Cross explains the process for nominating heroes and all the cool activities that are a part of the recognition at the game. This year it is in Lincoln, NB, on the day after Thanksgiving.

With the ongoing delays for website for learning and enrolling in the Martkeplace for individual insurance--there is a group of specialists in the Cedar Valley ready to assist people with the process and answer their questions. Our guest is Sonja Bock from the Peoples' Clinic to explain their expertise and how you can have them help.
