Public Can Meet 2nd HCC Presidential Finalist Today

Those with an interest in Hawkeye Community College have two more opportunities today(Mon) to meet the second finalist on the list of candidates for HCC’s soon-to-be-vacant President’s position.

Dr. Wendy Mihm-Herold is Northeast Iowa Community College’s Vice-President for Business & Community Solutions.  The school has campuses in Calmar and Peosta.

Dr. Mihm-Herold met with the community, as well as students, faculty and staff, this(Mon) morning on the main campus on East Orange Road…and that process will be repeated this(Mon) afternoon from 3 to 4, in Tama Hall, Room 128.   Then, tonight(Mon) at 6:30, Hawkeye’s Board of Trustees will interview Mihm-Herold in the Hawkeye Center Board Room, also on the main campus.

The third and fourth finalists for retiring President Dr. Linda Allen’s job will be in Waterloo this Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.  Each of their names will be revealed the day before they meet the community and those with direct connections to the college.
