Gov. Reynolds to Lay Out Permanent Solutions to Iowa Flooding

Gov. Kim Reynolds, Vice-President Mike Pence, and Iowa U-S Senators Joni Ernst and Chuck Grassley, all toured western and southwest Iowa late last week, assessing damage and talking with residents and business owners affected by the flooding, that still remains in some places.

Appearing on KXEL Live & Local, Reynolds says the cleanup and rebuilding work is nowhere close to being done, and because many of the problems are recurring, and cross state lines, Iowa must work with its neighbors on permanent solutions.

Reynolds will hold a news conference today(Mon) at 10:30 to release more details about solutions and funding.
