20-Year Old Man Arrested for Flashing UNI Students in Women’s Dorm

A 20-year old man who is not a student at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls has been accused of going into shower rooms in a UNI dorm last month and exposing himself to female students.

Tre Mone Nimmers, who gave University police addresses in Cedar Falls, Oskaloosa and Rock Island, Illinois, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for invasion of privacy, and two counts each of trespassing and indecent exposure.  He was taken to the Black Hawk County Jail in Waterloo, where his bond was set at $8,000.

Authorities say both incidents occurred in the evening at Noehren Hall, once on January 13th, and the second time on the 31st.  Security camera images from the second incident were posted on the Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers Facebook page.  Nimmers was later identified as a suspect.
